Double press for the assembly, gas filling and pressing
of insulating glass units
The fully automatic double press can be used for the assembly, gas filling and pressing of rectangular IG units and almost all shapes. It is possible to select between single and tandem operation. Tandem operation for increased cycle time requirements (separate press plates) facilitates the simultaneous assembly of two insulating glass units, irrespective of the glass or frame arrangement or the respective formats. The type of operation can be dynamically adapted to your current production requirements.
It is possible to gas-fill rectangular IG units, shapes and up to 4-sided stepped units without difficulty. Press plates with wide opening angles ease maintenance work.
