The tests to produce 4-layer insulating glass were successfully completed!

The continuous further development of our products is a central concern for us! We thus meet the increasing requirements in the insulation of building shells and the related saving of energy. For this reason, we have pushed ahead with the production of 4-layer insulating glass on our systems and have now successfully completed the tests. The systems can be ordered with immediate effect.
The 31st China International Glass Industry Technology Exhibition May 6 - 9, 2021
The 31st China International Glass Industry Technology Exhibition was held in Shanghai, in the new International Expo Center, from May 6 to May 9, 2021. CYH-HS took part in this exhibition with a team of 26 highly motivated employees. We exhibited this year a complete modular IG-line with a sealing robot and unloading system. Due to the Covid-19 precautionary measures, the exhibition was spread out over five halls. Nevertheless, we were able to welcome lots of visitors who were highly interested in our latest technology. Unfortunately, this did not include our international clientele, but we are already looking forward to introducing further improved technology to them in the near future. Furthermore, we proudly introduced our new branding to the market and announced once more our cooperation CYH-HS. With this prosperous cooperation, we have achieved a strong position in the China market, which we aim to strengthen even more. We are pleased to announce our achievements during the exhibition. We signed not only eight sales contracts but also communicated several agreements of intent.
We strongly believe that we will have to further develop technical improvement and innovation in the future to serve our customers even better, not only in China but worldwide. Technological innovation is our weapon to success in this very competitive market.
However, we only achieved this success due to our dedicated staff and their tireless efforts. We want to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to all our employees for all their hard work.

From now on we can also supply you with insulating glass lines and single machines for the production of jumbo glass formats! The gas filling rates meet the highest requirements.
With the Hans Schick "HS 70/33 JDPG", insulating glass up to 4-glass-units and a maximum glass size of 7 m by 3.3 m can be produced.

Sales and Service network now in Europe
After establishing the company on the Asian market, the Hans Schick Glass Group is now starting in Europe with a sales network and service location in Central Europe.
At the beginning of 2021, there is more positive news to report from the Swiss Hans Schick Glass Group - Swiss Technology.
The company entered into a cooperation with the Chinese partner "CYH - Beijing Chang YI-HE Automatic". With the aim of expanding production capacities, the product range and realizing synergies in assembly, the production facility has been moved from Shanghai to Beijing. The machines are now manufactured in Beijing on an area of 8,000 square meters with 150 employees under Swiss supervision, development and quality control.
